portal at www.beeoons.com/agent, or through our mobile applications
available on iOS and Android. Simply search for your destination, select your dates,
choose a hotel, and proceed with the booking.
Can I modify my hotel booking after
confirmation?
Modifications to confirmed bookings depend on the hotel's policy
and the rate type selected. For refundable bookings, modifications can usually be
accommodated. For non-refundable bookings, changes may not be possible. Please
contact our support team for assistance with any modifications.
What is the cancellation policy for
hotel bookings?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type:
- Refundable bookings: Can be cancelled within the free cancellation period at no charge
- Non-refundable bookings: Cannot be cancelled or refunded
- No-show: Full charges may apply for failure to check in without prior cancellation
How long does a refund take to

Yes, beeOONS is an IATA-accredited agency and provides airline

How do I register as a partner or
agent?
To register as a partner or agent, visit our Partner Portal and fill
out the registration form. Your application will be reviewed and approved within 24
hours. Once approved, you'll receive your login credentials to access our wholesale
rates.
I forgot my password. How do I reset
it?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter
your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link via email. If
you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our support
team.
